I am finding it more and more difficult to keep tabs on all my passwords which is tending to make me lazy and use the same one for many less important things. So I went looking for a means of saving them all in one, secure place and I found KeePass Password Safe. It's pretty straight forward but has a good help file attached if you need it. You simply set one password to open KeePass and all is at your fngertips even a password generator. I have stored all mine in here but still baulk at storing my banking passwords in there. Those must sit in my head still. ![]() So far I have just copy and pasted usernames and passwords to where I want them but you are meant to be able to simply drag and drop, something I don't seem to be able to achieve with this. Any copied info will be cleared from the clipboard after 10 seconds although you can change the length of time in the Options found in the Tools menu. |
