This is a really neat free video database programme for keeping track of videos. You can add your own video collection, ones you've hired or ones on your hard drive. You can mark them as seen or unseen or put them on your wishlist and there is a borrowed feature to allow you to keep track of who you loaned your movies to.

This programme is so easy to use, highly intuitive to the point I didn't need to read the online help at all. Simply type in the name of a movie, click the icon that shows "Get movie information from IMDB" when you hover over it and dada! After about 20 seconds on my satellite internet all the data is added for you such as actors, year, producer, awards, IMDB rating, tag lines, description, genre and more. You can add your own ratings and custom fields as well.

Next you can add a cover pic simply by hovering over the frame in the top left and then clicking on the icon that says "Get poster from Amazon" when you hover over it. Alternatively you can get the pic you want from your hard drive if you have one.

Movies have several sort options/filters and can be searched on any data, eg. click on an actor's name or type it into the search box and you can instantly find all the films by that actor. Added to this there are many links to webpages as well as a web search box that will lead you to more detailed info.
